This Privacy Policy explains how Jichasa Global Logistics, Inc. handles information collected through this website. The site is currently an English-only static website with a Plan Growth contact form that sends inquiries to Jichasa through Microsoft 365.
The website is designed to collect only the business information needed to review and respond to an inquiry. Optional Google Analytics 4 measurement is used only after affirmative analytics consent. The website does not use advertising pixels, marketing automation, or a customer relationship management platform.
Information collected
Information you provide through the Plan Growth form.
When you submit the Plan Growth form, the website asks for:
- Name.
- Company.
- Business email.
- Selected business objective.
- Optional operating context that you choose to provide.
The form also includes technical controls used to protect the website from spam and abuse, including a hidden honeypot field, submission timing, duplicate-submission checks, and rate limiting. Server logs may record technical information such as IP address, request time, browser information, and security events.
Use of information
How Jichasa uses submitted information.
Jichasa uses contact-form information to:
- Review the business context submitted by the visitor.
- Respond to the inquiry and prepare for an operating-model conversation.
- Route the inquiry to the appropriate Jichasa team members.

Form delivery
How contact-form submissions are delivered.
Form submissions are processed by a server-side endpoint. The endpoint validates and sanitizes the submission, applies spam and abuse protections, and uses Microsoft Graph API to deliver the message to the Microsoft 365 mailbox [email protected].
The submitted business email is used as the Reply-To address so Jichasa can respond directly. The recipient mailbox is fixed by server-side configuration and cannot be changed by the visitor.
Optional analytics
How Jichasa uses Google Analytics 4.
After a visitor accepts analytics, Jichasa uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage and improve content, navigation, and performance. Information measured may include page views, website interactions, approximate device and browser information, traffic source, approximate geographic information, scrolling, outbound clicks, and file downloads.
Jichasa does not intentionally send names, email addresses, companies, selected business objectives, inquiry content, or other direct contact-form data to Google Analytics. Google acts as the analytics technology provider, and Google's processing is also governed by its applicable policies.
The Google Analytics property is configured for 14-month event and user data retention. Google Signals is disabled, User-ID is not used, user-provided data collection is disabled, Google Ads is not linked, and advertising personalization is not used.
Visitors can reject or withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie Preferences. When consent is withdrawn, the website stops future analytics measurement and attempts to remove known first-party Google Analytics cookies that it can access. Withdrawal does not guarantee immediate deletion of information already processed or retained by Google under its applicable policies.

The website currently uses or links to the following services in limited ways:
- Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph API: used to deliver Plan Growth inquiries to Jichasa's mailbox.
- Google Analytics 4: used only after analytics consent to measure website use and support improvements to content, navigation, and performance.
- Website hosting and server logs: used to serve the static website and maintain operational security.
- Google Maps: provided only as an outbound directions link on the Contact page. Opening that link takes you to Google, where Google's own terms and privacy practices apply.
Retention

Jichasa retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, manage a resulting business relationship, protect the website and its users, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate business records. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it is used.
Technical logs related to security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention are retained according to applicable hosting, security, legal, and recordkeeping requirements.
Security
How information is protected.
The website uses server-side validation, input sanitization, fixed-recipient email delivery, spam controls, rate limiting, duplicate-submission prevention, and protected server configuration for form delivery. Microsoft Graph credentials are intended to be stored outside the public website directory.
No website can guarantee absolute security. Jichasa uses reasonable administrative and technical controls appropriate for the current website functionality.

Subject to applicable law, you may contact Jichasa to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through the website. Jichasa may need to retain or otherwise process information to satisfy legitimate legal, operational, security, and recordkeeping requirements.
You can accept, reject, or withdraw optional analytics consent at any time through Cookie Preferences. Advertising consent remains denied because the website does not use advertising or remarketing features.
